It requires some time to become proficient with the admin part Rather than problems, Bigspring is supporting our ongoing training deliveries and ramp up of our NH.

The ability to quickly and easily send in reps and coach those reps as well. So far there are a few limitations of the learner interface/UI Helping to build a repository of training content that can act as a knowledge base/bank as well. Helps us to consolidate all information into 1 centralized location.

We love the plaform as it help us have control on the content we can put on it, it's very flexible, great user friendly interface, ease of use. it really help us brings e-learning to another level for our staff! Awesome support by the team downsides are certain reporting can be improve, abitlty to lock and unlock content to learners is a plus point for us.. also more csv mass deletion will be great. but they will listen to our feedback and improve able to reduce number of class that trainers need to run, laggards can always go to the platform and clear it

The BigSpring team communicates at a very high level. They are always looking for ways to improve the experience for our sales team. They are very responsive and helpful and are always looking for ways to take things off my plate. The platform is very easy to use and has helped our sales team improve their messaging more efficiently. Nothing really. Everything I ask them about as far as can we change this or do that, they make happen so there's really nothing not to like. BigSpring is helping us to shorten the time it takes to prepare our salesforce with their messaging. It has led to a company record with speed of training and also earlier sales results

The content is pretty easy to upload. I love that BigSpring gives us options for the content medium. I can't speak specifically to any downsides as I'm just getting into the product. From what I've seen it would be amazing if there could be a content library separate from the training material. That way we could house our reference material in the same system as the training campaigns. Prior to BigSpring we didn't have a platform to create and execute training for our employees.
